Exchange's & Refunds
As Cuddly Bubs is a new starting out small business, we are only able to offer exchanges or refunds if the item is faulty. For a change of sizing please email us to discuss. Please send your enquiry regarding the faulty item or sizing issue to cuddlybubs@outlook.com.
Please note that sale items are final. No refunds/ returns for change of minds for sale items.
For Faulty Items
Please send us photo evidence detailing the fault. If the item is confirmed faulty, the item will be replaced. In the event we no longer provide the same item, we will offer a refund, credit note or selection of another item (to the same value of money).
All of our items are quality checked prior to be dispatched and all refund request due to a fault will need to be checked and approved by Cuddly Bubs.
Please note that all sale items are not able to be refunded/ exchanged.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any times put on sale are final and cannot be returned.
