About Us

My name is Mel and I am the founder and face behind Cuddly Bubs.

Cuddly Bubs is an Australian run business based in Wollongong, NSW Australia. Together with my husband Brendan, our beautiful baby girl Sophie and of course our floofy doggo Nala,  we are Cuddly Bubs.

Cuddly Bubs was inspired by our daughter Sophie who had eczema when she was a baby.  I wanted to create soft and silky baby clothes and basics made out of bamboo to help ease the itchiness and pain associated with her eczema.

With few options on the market for baby  clothing made from bamboo material within Australia, I decided it was time to create my own bamboo pieces. Bamboo has so many amazing properties that makes it a perfect material for baby clothing. Cuddly Bubs is proud to be one of the first sole bamboo baby boutiques in Australia.

Cuddly Bubs hopes to produce bamboo baby basics for babies all around the world!
